Using AI to analyse documents, spreadsheets and business data. Generating insights, summaries and reports that used to take hours. Practical exercises using real datasets - participants bring their own data and work with it during the session.
Building internal AI tools without writing code
Creating custom GPTs, AI assistants and automation workflows using tools like ChatGPT, Make and Zapier - without any technical background. Participants build their own internal tool during the session and leave owning something they can immediately share with their team.
Team workflow design - rolling AI out properly
How to map AI into your team's existing processes without disruption. Designing shared prompt libraries, setting quality standards and building a culture of continuous AI improvement. Participants leave with a team rollout plan ready to implement.
