Infuze is an AI training and integration company based in Ireland. We operate the website infuze.ie and provide AI training programmes and integration services to businesses.

What data we collect and why

We only collect personal data that is necessary for the purposes described below. We do not collect data we do not need.

When you fill in our enquiry or contact forms

We collect your name, email address, phone number, business name, and any other information you choose to share with us. We use this to:

• Respond to your enquiry and assess how we can help you
• Send you a confirmation that we've received your message
• Follow up with you about our services where relevant

The legal basis for this processing is legitimate interests - you've contacted us, so it's reasonable for us to use your details to respond.

When you book a discovery call

We collect your name, email, company name, and any notes you provide. This is used solely to arrange and prepare for your call with us.

When you subscribe to our newsletter or resources

We collect your email address. We use this to send you the content you signed up for - guides, blog updates, and occasional product news. The legal basis is consent - you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send.

When you visit our website

Like most websites, our server automatically logs basic technical information when you visit - including your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and time of visit. This is used only for security monitoring and basic analytics. We do not use this data to identify you personally.

Cookies

Our website uses minimal cookies. We do not use advertising cookies or sell data to advertisers.

• Essential cookies - required for the website to function correctly (e.g. form session handling)
• Analytics cookies - if we use analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics), these help us understand how people use the site so we can improve it. These are anonymised and do not identify you personally

How we store and protect your data

Your data is stored securely on servers located within the European Economic Area (EEA). We use industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (HTTPS) and access controls.

We use the following third-party services to process data on our behalf:

• Brevo - for sending transactional emails (e.g. form confirmation emails). Brevo is GDPR-compliant and processes data within the EU
• SiteGround - for website hosting. SiteGround operates within the EU and is GDPR-compliant

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any other third parties for marketing purposes. Ever.

How long we keep your data

• Enquiry and contact form data - we keep this for up to 2 years after your last contact with us, or until you ask us to delete it
• Client data - if you become a client, we retain relevant records for up to 6 years in line with standard business and tax record-keeping requirements
• Newsletter subscribers - until you unsubscribe, after which we delete your email from our mailing list within 30 days
• Website server logs - typically 90 days, used only for security purposes

Your rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Irish data protection law, you have the following rights in relation to your personal data:

• Right of access - you can ask us what personal data we hold about you
• Right to rectification - you can ask us to correct inaccurate data
• Right to erasure - you can ask us to delete your data (subject to any legal obligations we have to retain it)
• Right to restrict processing - you can ask us to limit how we use your data
• Right to data portability - you can ask for a copy of your data in a portable format
• Right to object - you can object to us processing your data where we rely on legitimate interests
• Right to withdraw consent - where we process your data based on consent (e.g. newsletter), you can withdraw that consent at any time
