The terms that apply when you use our website or work with us. Written in plain English - because that's how we do everything.

Who we are

Infuze is an AI training and integration company based in Ireland. We operate the website infuze.ie and provide AI training programmes, workshops and AI integration services to businesses in Ireland and the UK.

Accepting these terms

By using infuze.ie, submitting a form on our website, subscribing to our newsletter, or engaging our services, you agree to these terms of service and our privacy policy.

If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the website or our services.

Our services

Infuze provides:

  • AI training programmes and workshops, delivered on-site, at public venues, or online
  • AI integration and consultancy services, including business audits, tool selection and implementation
  • Free resources such as guides, templates, blog content and our newsletter

Details of what is included in any paid engagement are set out in the individual proposal or agreement we provide before work begins. If anything in a proposal conflicts with these terms, the proposal takes precedence for that engagement.

Bookings, proposals and payment

Discovery calls are free and carry no obligation for either side.

For paid services, we will provide a written proposal with a fixed price before any work begins. Work starts once you accept the proposal and any agreed deposit or payment terms are met.

Unless agreed otherwise in writing:

  • Prices are quoted exclusive of VAT, where VAT applies
  • Invoices are payable within the period stated on the invoice
  • We may pause or decline further work where invoices are overdue

Cancellations and rescheduling

We understand plans change. For booked training sessions and workshops:

  • You may reschedule a session by giving us reasonable notice before the agreed date
  • Cancellation terms for paid engagements are set out in the individual proposal
  • We may reschedule in exceptional circumstances, and will give you as much notice as possible and offer alternative dates

Your responsibilities

When working with us, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about your business and requirements
  • Make sure you have the right to share any data, systems or accounts you give us access to
  • Use anything we deliver in accordance with applicable law, including data protection law
  • Obtain your own legal, financial or professional advice where you need it

Intellectual property

All content on infuze.ie - including text, graphics, guides, templates and training materials - belongs to Infuze or its licensors and is protected by copyright.

Training materials and resources we provide during an engagement are for use within your own business. You may not resell, republish or redistribute them without our written permission.

Anything we build specifically for you as part of a paid engagement is yours to use as set out in the relevant proposal.

AI tools and outputs

Our services involve third-party AI tools and platforms. You should be aware that:

  • Third-party AI tools are governed by their own terms and pricing, which can change and are outside our control
  • AI-generated outputs can contain errors and should be reviewed before being relied on for important decisions
  • We recommend tools in good faith based on your needs, but we do not guarantee any specific business outcome, saving or result

Responsibility for decisions made using AI tools, and for reviewing AI outputs, stays with you and your business.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under Irish law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Subject to that, Infuze is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profit, loss of data, or business interruption arising from use of our website, free resources, or services. For paid engagements, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the engagement in question.

The website and free resources are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

Website use

You may not use infuze.ie in any way that is unlawful, damages the website, or interferes with anyone else's use of it. You may not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website or its server.

Our website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content or how they handle your data.

Newsletter and communications

If you subscribe to our newsletter or sign up for notifications, we will email you the content you asked for. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email or by contacting us at support@infuze.ie.

How we handle your personal data is covered in our privacy policy.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be published on this page with the date it was last updated. Changes apply from the date they are published and do not affect engagements already agreed in writing.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
